Build a product partnership

Interested in co-developing a product, licensing technology, or exploring a digital asset opportunity? We can discuss the business model, responsibilities, and commercial structure before deciding how to work together.

Discuss a Partnership

Before we build.

Do you build your own products or develop for clients?

Both. KNAYK’s business includes developing and operating its own digital products, alongside product development and technology services for other businesses. We clarify which model applies at the start of a conversation.

Who owns the software and intellectual property?

Ownership, licensing, source-code access, and third-party dependencies are defined in the engagement agreement. Client development, licensed products, and shared ventures can have different terms.

Can you work with our existing systems?

We can assess your current applications, APIs, cloud environment, and data flows. The integration approach depends on access, technical constraints, and the agreed scope.

What happens after launch?

Ongoing operations, monitoring, maintenance, and further development can be discussed as part of the engagement. Support coverage and response commitments are agreed explicitly.

How long will it take, and what will it cost?

That depends on scope, integrations, design needs, and delivery constraints. An initial discussion helps identify what needs discovery before a realistic estimate can be prepared.

What should I bring to the first conversation?

Share the problem you want to solve, the people who will use the product, what already exists, and any budget or timing constraints. A finished specification is not required.
